This short tutorial shows you how to add or remove a program from Quick Launch toolbar. Follow the steps as shown below: 
 
1) Type "Quick Launch" in start menu search box as shown in figure 1. When a list of folders and files that matches your search term appears select "Quick Launch" folder from the list as shown in Figure 1.

2) When "Quick Launch" folder appears you can just right click on any program that you want to remove and select "Delete" from the drop down menu as shown in Figure 2.
