You may feel annoyed by seeing so many spelling and grammar errors appearing on the document you are having, this short step by step tutorial shows you how to hide spelling errors and grammar errors that appear in a given document. Follow the steps as shown below: 
 
1) Let me open a Word document which contains huge amount of spelling errors and grammar errors as shown in Figure 1.

2) To remove spelling errors in the document click "Word Options" from office button menu as shown in Figure 2.

3) When "Word Options" window opens click "Proofing" as shown in Figure 3.
