4) In "Change how Word corrects and Formats your text" box scroll down and check both "Hide spelling errors in this document only" and "Hide grammar errors in this document only" boxes as shown in figure 4 and click ok.

5) Now you can see that all the spelling and grammar errors that appeared in the document is not showing as shown in figure 5 .
