Now we will describe how to distribute your presentations.

Packaging

The function To pack for D-ROM of PowerPoint directly packs the necessary file of the presentation and other archives and them copy in a folder or in a CD. If they are copied in a folder, it will be possible to be recorded in a CD advanced more. Also it is possible to be copied in a network server to which access is had from the equipment of the presentation.

1) In order to open to the preview window, click in the Office button .

2) Select the Publish option, and then Pack for CD.

3) Configure the package options.

Illustration 1: Fill the options.

4) For pack and copy in CD from PowerPoint, Microsoft must use Windows XP or later in your equipment and must have a CD recorder. If uses Windows 2000, use this characteristic to pack the archives of the presentation in a folder and later use a program of another manufacturer to record the folder in a CD.

5) When you copy your Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2007 presentation to a CD, a network, or a local disk drive on your computer, Microsoft Office PowerPoint Viewer 2007 and any linked files (such as movies or sounds) are copied as well.

6) Before you copy and distribute your presentation, inspect your presentation for hidden data and personal information (see step 10 below), and then decide whether it is appropriate to include this information in the copied presentation.

7) You can copy to a blank recordable CD (CD-R), a blank rewritable CD (CD-RW), or a CD-RW that contains existing content that can be overwritten.
