13) Office PowerPoint 2007 comes with new themes and Quick Styles that offer you a wide range of options when you are formatting your presentations.
 
14) To see how the presentation will appear, chooses a theme for the presentation from the beginning. In this way you will see what appearance will have the theme colors in some elements like graphs or tables.
 
15) Place the mouse pointer on a theme miniature.

16) You will see the theme preview over the slide.
 
17) Click in the arrow to see a complete gallery of themes and bands with themes in line.
 
18) Use the Colors, Fonts and Effects galleries to personalize your design. The PowerPoint 2007 designs are more robust than before. Several of them include "content" position's markers that can be used for text or graphs.
 
19) You can add effects like shadow, reflection, glow, soft edges, warp, bevel, and 3-D rotation to shapes, SmartArt graphics, tables, text, and WordArt in your Office PowerPoint 2007 presentations.
 
The Quick Access Toolbar
 
20) The Quick Access Toolbar is a customizable toolbar that contains a set of commands that are independent of the tab that is currently displayed. You can add buttons that represent commands to the Quick Access Toolbar, and you can move the Quick Access Toolbar from one of the two possible locations.

21) Use the Microsoft Office Button. Click the Microsoft Office Button, and then click Program Name Options.
 
a. Use the Quick Access Toolbar.
b. Click Customize Quick Access Toolbar.
c. In the list, click More Commands.
