Another way to Insert Objects

Now we will describe two methods to insert images and other elements that are not of text in the slides. |

| 1) Click in the icon pre designed images in the position marker. |

| 2) Pre designed images panel will be opened. Browse for the desired image an press the Insert Button. |

| 3) The image size will be automatically adjusted and placed within the position marker. |
| |
| 4) Another way to insert elements in the slide is to use the Insert Tab in the options tape. |

| 5) Once you have inserted an image, you can make adjustments, like changing its size, trimming it or to modify the brightness. With this aim the
Image Tools are used, that are available when the image is selected. |

| 6) There are tools for all elements that can be inserted: from tables, diagrams and SmartArt graphs to text pictures and forms, sounds and videos.
Simply you select the inserted element to see the corresponding tab in the options tape. |

| 7) In order to align the elements of a slide, the commands Arrange are used. |
| |
| 8) To align the title with the image, first you select both position markers. |
