Spelling
 
Before showing the presentation, you will wish to eliminate the errors, including the orthographic ones.
 
19) Go to the Review Tab to verify the spelling. From this same place other people can add commentaries while they review the slides.

20) Click in the Spelling command.
 
21) Once the spelling is reviewed, you will receive an status message.

22) Also you can ask other people who review the presentation and expose their commentaries before show it. The New commentary command is in the group Commentaries, also in the Review Tab.

23) Click in the New comment button.
 
24) Fill the comment and exit it by clicking in the slide.

25) If you are going to ask other people who review your presentation, PowerPoint will simplify to the process enclosing the presentation to a message of electronic mail.
