10) Click in the Align button and, later, click in the Align left menu item.

Verification, impression and presentation preparation
 
Now, imagine that your presentation is ready and needs to make the preparations to show it the public.
 
11) Obtain a presentation preview in your equipment. Later, verify the spelling, asks for commentaries to other people and read its notes.
 
12) Use the preview to see the appearance of your notes and documents you print them, and select the suitable options of impression.
 
13) When everything is ready, keep the presentation in a CD or equipment to which you has access when showing it the public. The PowerPoint Package option will assist you in the presentation show and distribution.
 
14) In order to open to the preview window, click in the Office button , then select the Print menu item and later the Print Preview option.

15) Review the presentation and open the Options command.
 
16) Select the header and Footer menu item.

17) Configure the data that will appear in the presentation header and footer. Press the Apply to all or Apply button (for a single slide or all slides configuration).
