15) In the tasks panel click in Browse button to find the presentation or the slides library that contains the slides that you wish to reuse. Next, clicks in the arrow to open those slides in the tasks panel.

16) When you find the slide that you wish, select the Keep source formatting option located to the bottom of the panel to maintain original source format.

17) Click in each one of the slides that wish to insert. Each one will be copied in the presentation opened below the actual slide position.
 
18) If you does not activate the square Keep source formatting the inserted slides will inherit the appearance of the present slides.
 
Orator notes
 
Use the orator notes to develop the points treated during the slide show. The notes can help to maintain the assistant's attention.
 
19) As you are developing the content of the slides, you write notes in the note panel, at the slide. Normally, the presenter prints notes and he consults them while he offers the presentation.
 
20) You can drag the division bar to extend the note panel and to work more comfortably in him.
 
21) The notes are kept in a note page, which contains a copy of the slide and notes, and is the one that is printed to consult during the presentation.
 
22) If yours notes are longer than the space of the note page, when printing they will be suppressed.
