Each type of item and each view have a print style, which determines the layout, font style and size, and other formatting options. To modify how an item or view is printed, modify the print style. You can also create your own print styles for items and views, and in the case of views, you can change the look of the view to modify how it prints. 
 
Mail printing
 
 
1) To quickly print an e-mail, go to the Inbox.

2) Select an e-mail from the Inbox list.
 
3) Click in the button to print the mail with the default options (memo style).
 
4) Also, you could select several mails to print by selecting them using the CTRL key and clicking each e-mail to print.
 
5) Another way to print an e-mail is by opening it.
 
6) Click in the button.
 
7) Select the Print menu option.
 
8) Select the print option (memo style, preview .).
 
9) Print the e-mail.
 
10) To print an e-mail message and attachment, in the message list, select but do not open the message that you want to print.
 
11) On the File menu, click Print. Select Message with attachment, or Message list.
 
12) Click on the Print command.
 
13) To print the attachments, select the Print attached files check box.
 
Calendar printing
 
 
14) Go to Calendar.

15) To Print a calendar showing appointments and meetings, on the File menu, click Print and then in the Print style box, click the print style you want.
 
16) To print the details of appointments and meetings, in the Print Style box, click Calendar Details Style.
 
17) In the Start list and the End list, enter the first day and the last day to print.
