1) A rule is an action that Microsoft Office Outlook takes automatically on an arriving or sent message that meets the conditions that you specify in the rule..
 
2) Click the Tools tab.
 
3) Select the Rules and Alerts menu.

4) Click in the button.
 
5) Select the rule.
 
6) In the step 2, select the people or distribution List option.
 
7) Select the Contact from the Contacts list and press the To button.
