Notes
 
 
1) In Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 you can create notes, as pieces of text used to store information to be attached to an Outlook element.
 
2) Click on the icon. The default view, Icons, will organize your notes.

3) On the File menu, point to New, and then click Note.

4) The new Note will be showed.

5) Type the text of the note.
 
6) You can leave the note open while you work. When you change the note, the changes are saved automatically.

7) Change the default color, font, and size of new notes you create. On the Tools menu, click Options.
 
8) Click Note options.
