13) Recall: This feature requires Microsoft Exchange 2000, 2003, or 2007 account.. The recipient of the e-mail message that you want to recall must also be using an Exchange Server e-mail account. You cannot recall a message sent, for example, to someone's personal Internet service provider (ISP) POP3 e-mail account.
 
14) Save all attachments from an open message.
 
a. In the open message, on the Message tab, in the Actions group, click Other Actions, and then click Save Attachments.
b. Click OK, choose a folder location, and then click OK again.
 
15) E-mail message headers provide a list of technical details about the message, such as who sent it, the software used to compose it, and the e-mail servers that it passed through on its way to the recipient.

17) Although the Microsoft Office Outlook Junk E-mail Filter automatically filters your messages, you can create and manage lists that customize the filter by specifying the e-mail addresses and domain names that should be allowed and those that should be blocked. Press the Block Sender button, to add sender to the junk e-mail filter.
 
18) If the Junk E-mail Filter mistakenly marks an e-mail message as junk, you can add the sender of that message to the Safe Senders List. Press the Safe Lists button, to add sender to the safe list.
