1) Favorite Folders is a pane located at the top of the Navigation Pane that has copies of your Inbox, Sent Items, and so on.
 
2) You can add, remove, and arrange folders in this pane for better viewing and easier accessibility.
 
3) To Remove Favorite Folders from the Navigation Pane, point to Navigation Pane on the View menu, and click Favorite Folders to uncheck it.
 
4) To add or remove folders in Favorite Folders, right-click the folder that you want to add or remove, and then click Add to Favorite Folders or Remove from Favorite Folders on the shortcut (right click) menu.
 
5) Click a folder and drag it to or from the list of folders in Favorite Folders to add or remove it.
 
6) By using Search Folders, you can quickly find all messages for which the level of importance is set to Importance: High, irrespective of the folder in which they are located.
 
7) In Mail, on the File menu, point to New, and then click Search Folder.

8) Select your search criteria.

9) Select the search location and press the Ok button.
 
10) A new Important Mail search folder is created under the search folders.

11) You can send and receive messages from one, several, or all of your e-mail accounts either automatically at chosen intervals, or manually.
 
12) When using an Offline Folder file (.ost) for working offline, you can choose which folders should be available and kept up-to-date with the server.
