13) To change a Send/Receive group click on Send/Receive command on the Tools menu, click on Send/Receive Settings, and then click Define Send/Receive Groups.
 
14) In the list, click All Accounts or the Send/Receive group that you want to change, and then click Edit.
 
15) Select the options that you want.
 
16) Repeat for each Send/Receive group that you want to change.
 
Folders backup
 
17) The Personal Folders Backup tool provides a quick and easy way to back up the Outlook information files.
 
18) Each .pst file contains all of your Outlook folders, including the Inbox, Calendar, and Contacts. Be sure to have this file in a server with the appropriate backup policies.

19) You could organize your work by adding new folders under the Personal Folder's tree.
 
20) Click in the Personal Folder root.

21) Right click and select the New Folder item.

23) Set up properties for this folder. Select the Show total number of items.
 
24) Configure the Auto archive options.
 
25) Press the OK Button and move some mails to this folder.
