| A split form is a new characteristic of Microsoft Office Access 2007 that allows obtaining two views of data simultaneously: a Form View and a Data
sheet View. |

| The two views are connected to the same data source and are synchronous among them. |

| 5) In order to create a split form, use the tool Split Form. |

| 6) In the exploration panel, clicks in the table or query that contains the data that wish to see in the form. |

| 8) Access creates the form and shows it in the Presentation View. Inside this View, changes in form's design can be made while it shows data. |

| If it is desired to have a form that shows several registries instead a data sheet, you can use the tool Multiple Item's Forms. |

| In order to select with better criteria the fields that are going to appear in a form, you can use the Wizard for forms instead of the diverse tools
of form creation previously mentioned. |
