14) Search the desired template.

15) Click on the template name to view the template description and start de validation and download process.

Access will download the template automatically, create a new data base from that template, stores it in the document folder (for example, the folder my documents) and opens the data base.
 
Open a recently used database
 
When a data base is opened (or it is created and opened), Access adds the file name and the data base location to the more recently used documents. This list appears in the page Introduction to Microsoft Office Access, so the data bases can be opened easily.
 
16) Start Access from the Start menu or from a shortcut.
 
17) The Getting Started screen will appear.
